Meet the Team

Receptionist / Front Desk

I love getting to know each of our patients and their families personally. Because orthodontic treatment takes time, and most patients come in once a month, we have the time to interact and talk about our lives. Our patients become our friends, and that’s a very good thing. I love seeing them grow up and watching their self-esteem develop as their teeth straighten and their new smile begins to emerge. My job duties include greeting patients when they arrive, scheduling appointments, billing, handling communications with referring dentists and oral surgeons.  I set up new patient and existing patient treatment accounts and Insurace.

I live in Landisville with my husband Tom and have two sons Thomas and Christian. I enjoy traveling and love the beach!

Orthodontic Laboratory Technician

I enjoy making appliances for our patients and really love seeing their smiles after they get their braces off. Orthodontics makes a big change in a person’s life and seeing how self-confident a patient is, when they realize they have a healthy, beautiful smile, is wonderful. Our whole team celebrates with them!

When I’m not here at the office, I’m likely spending time with my daughter, Myla, and our dog, Dexter. I love to dance and collect antiques, and I volunteer at the dental clinic of the Water Street Ministries rescue mission. I also help with community activities in the town of Lititz, PA.

I love meeting new people and seeing people I know from the community who come to our office. Our practice is friendly and welcoming, and our team is the best: we’re all positive and focused on providing the best experience for each of our patients and their families. My workday is patient-centered, whether I’m taking impressions or X-rays, changing wires, removing braces, or assisting the doctor chairside. I keep in touch with each patient during the visit, and make sure that they’re comfortable and relaxed — joking with those who are a little stressed, and doing everything I can to make them smile.

In my personal life, I love to ride my bike, kayak, and go to the gym. I have two sons, a stepson, a grandson, and a granddaughter.

I really enjoy working with our younger patients, and watching them grow up while they’re moving through the course of treatment. Seeing them mature, and their self-confidence grow as they get nearer to the perfect smile, is amazing and always makes me smile. I love the relationships we develop with our patients, and those relationships really do become friendships. Simply put, our patients are the best! Here, I help our Drs. chairside, tend to the needs of the patient, talk with them about what the doctor is doing, and provide encouragement about how well they’re doing.

I live in Ephrata with my husband Adam and our 2 children, Rachel and Ryan.  We have a cat named Cody who we all adore.  I enjoy making crafts, playing games, cooking, camping, and spending time with my family.

Talking with our patients, getting to know them and their families, and watching them mature, are the best parts of my day.  I love getting to know our new patients, and catching up with those who are in the middle of their treatment.  Each of them always has something new to share, and hearing about their life and advetntures is both entertaining and rewarding.  I bring patients back to the clinic, take panoramic X-rays and impressions, fit bands, remove braces, and assist the doctor while bonding brackets.  I'm also responsible for ordering orthodontic supplies for the office.

Away from work, I love spending time with family and friends, and treating their kids as my nieces and nephews.  I am a big fan of Penn State football and enjoy attending games whenever I can.  I love animals, including my dog Ruby, and really enjoy traveling.

It's incredible to watch a patient's transformation from start to finish.  Not only do their teeth straighten, but their self-esteem and confidence grow too, and as they near completion of treatment you can really feel their excitement.  They have a new way of wallking and interacting with people, always smiling and sure of themselves.  It's an honor to be a part of that.  My work duties include taking the necessary impressions and X-rays, removing braces, fitting bands, changing and adjusting wires, and, most importantly, making sure each patient is happy and comfortable while here.

My personal life is focused on my family, including my daughter Tawni, my two granddaughters Milli and Nori, grandson Otto, my boyfriend Gary, my dog Dallas, and my cat Murphy.  I enjoy spending time with friends and family, the outdoors, summer sports, kayaking, and scrapbooking.

This is a positive office, filled with laughter and smiles, and I love coming in each morning.  Our team works together so well that we're perfectly meshed and everything moves smoothly, which means the best experience for our patients, and that's what we're all about: the patients' experience.  We'll do whatever's necessary to make sure each patient is smiling and comfortable during their visit.  Some of my job duties include taking X-rays and impressions, helping to place braces, and assisting our Drs. chairside while they treat our patients.

While not at work I love to spend quality time with my family and friends, going to the beach whenever possible, attend sporting events, rooting for the New York Giants and caring for my 2 cats Baby and Lionel.
