Meet Dr. Stephen Weibel
As an orthodontist, Dr. Stephen J. Weibel strives to deliver professional, effective orthodontic care with a personal touch. He spends time with each patient and family, talking about their individual clinical needs for achieving a healthy bite and beautiful, straight teeth. He then presents them with the treatment options to satisfy those needs in a timely, affordable, and effective manner. Dr. Weibel knows it is important for a patient to be engaged in the treatment, understanding what will happen and the end result, so the person can do his or her part in creating a new smile.
Dr. Weibel is well-known for his gentle approach to orthodontic care, and he develops a strong rapport with each patient. He gets to know the patient as a person, not just a patient in the treatment chair. He’s always laughing and joking with his patients, encouraging them to talk about their latest successes in the classroom or on the sports field, and coaxing them into telling stories of their latest adventures and new hobbies. He genuinely cares about each person he treats, and that’s obvious.

Personal Life
Having grown up in Lancaster, PA, Dr. Weibel has lived in Landisville for more than 25 years with his wife, Libby. He has three adult children: a daughter in Landisville, a son and daughter-in-law in Colorado, and his second son who graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, and attended his orthodontic residency at Seton Hill University, has joined the practice as of January 2017, and three grandsons.
When Dr. Weibel is not caring for his patients, he enjoys spending time outdoors, whether he’s fishing, hiking, or gardening. He also enjoys reading, and cooking and eating. Of course he’s a fan of University of Pittsburgh football and attends many of their games.
